Monthly statements are posted to this account and when requested, sent directly to you. We post many different types of statements to this account that you can access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our Residential Lease Agreement and Lease Addendum has been tailored to meet the legal and protective requirements of the real estate market. Our Lease has been carefully designed to protect you and your property in a comprehensive way.
